Antioxidant foods – Healthy Aging all starts with science:

Many older Americans eat a Western diet and do not have adequate micronutrients and macronutrients in their diet. 

Micro-nutrients include :

1-Vitamins that our bodies cannot produce and come from organic, natural foods – notably veggies, plants, and fruits, or animals that eat those plants.

2- Inorganic: minerals like Zinc, Calcium, Selenium, Magnesium that come from the earth mantle.

 What to do to feel “young”?

1- Try to eat food to age well, a diverse diet, including veggies, fruits, dairy, poultry, fish, and whole grains, but that’s not always easy.
