About Our Founder:

The niece and granddaughter of doctors, Dr. Adler grew up in the Celtic region of France, Britanny. Her grandmother, an energetic ever slim woman, taught her about herbs, cooking, and gardening. Cooking with fresh ingredients was a tradition and a way to maintain health and prevent diseases. 

This vision has been the guiding force over the years and drove her to study Medicine, Nutrition, and Aging. In Paris, France, Dr. Adler studied Public Health, Epidemiology in nutrition, Physiology, Lipidemia, and Aging to a Ph.D. level. Awarded with an Honor Grant Lavoisier, she studied for 2 additional years at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston and is part of the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture – a unique center of its kind worldwide, focused on improving and promoting Nutrition & Healthy Aging.

In 2015, with her son and husband’s help, she launched a new line of supplements in New York, aiming to offer advice and high-quality nutritional supplements to promote better aging through nutrition. Her dietary supplements and advice are based on research done at university-based research centers and are considered safe and beneficial at the recommended dosage.

Quality of sources and testing to ensure concentration and purity is her priority. Additionally, she aims to foster education, using her knowledge to promote wellness and fitness.

  • Research Fellow at Tufts University, Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston, as the recipient of a Lavoisier Grant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France.
  • Recipient of several honorary scientific grants in France. She trained and is an MD of the University of Medicine Pierre and Marie Curie, Paris, France.
  • CES of Physiology and Physiopathology in Human and Nutrition and DEA of Sciences in Physiology and Physiopathology of Human Nutrition (University of Paris V) as well as Public Health Diploma from Art et Metiers, Paris.
  • Promotes the French Paradox and positive nutrition (eat what you like & need in moderation)
