I am in the 40+ group that it is made for! I find it interesting that this supplement was created with 40+ women in mind, but men can take it too. I like that it is made in the USA and is free of estrogens, hormones, additives, and gluten. While I can't say that this has boosted my energy, I've tried many things and nothing seems to boost my energy at this time of my menopausal life. I did see that the best time frame to take this is in the morning or with lunch, before a meal. And while it's supposed to help with weight loss, notice that the product description also mentions that you need to limit sugar, walk more, exercise and drink water so this is not a magic pill. You won't lose weight JUST by taking this and eating the same. Each dose requires 2 capsules, so this bottle gives you 30 days worth. The ingredients seem healthy and with some basic dietary changes and exercise, this certainly should help my overall health.
